Moscow offers Kiev to create working groups for political, humanitarian, military issues - Medinsky
ISTANBUL. July 23 (Interfax) - Russia has proposed Ukraine to create three working groups for political, humanitarian and military issues at the third round of negotiations in Istanbul, head of the Russian delegation Vladimir Medinsky said.
"What did we propose the Ukrainian side this time? Firstly, in order to save time and taxpayers' money, to set up three working groups operating online within our delegations. It will be a working group on political issues, a working group on humanitarian issues, and a working group on military issues comprised of relevant specialists from the military agencies," Medinsky told reporters following the third rounds of the direct Russian-Ukrainian talks in Istanbul on Wednesday.
