Russian, Ukrainian delegations begin third round of direct negotiations in Istanbul

ISTANBUL. July 23 (Interfax) - The third round of direct negotiations between Russian and Ukrainian delegations has begun in Istanbul.

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, who, according to media reports, will also attend these negotiations, is expected to traditionally address the Russian and Ukrainian delegations with a welcoming speech.

Before the start of these negotiations, heads of the Russian and Ukrainian delegations Vladimir Medinsky and Rustem Umerov have had the meeting.
