Heads of Russian, Ukrainian delegations holding bilateral meeting in Istanbul - source

ISTANBUL. July 23 (Interfax) - Heads of Russian and Ukrainian delegations Vladimir Medinsky and Rustem Umerov are holding a bilateral meeting in Istanbul, a source familiar with the progress in negotiations told Interfax.

"The heads of Russian and Ukrainian delegations are holding a bilateral meeting in Ciragan Palace. They are having an one-on-one meeting," the source said.
