Oil shipments via Transneft system down 2.8% to 447 mln t in 2024, incl. 12 mln t of Kazakh oil

MOSCOW. June 27 (Interfax) - Transneft transported 447 million tonnes of oil through its pipeline system in 2024, compared to 460 million tonnes in 2023, the Russian oil pipeline monopoly reported after a meeting of its management board, citing company head Nikolai Tokarev.

The 2024 figure included 435 million tonnes of Russian crude, of which 232 million tonnes were processed at refineries inside the country, and 12 million tonnes of Kazakh oil.
