Diasoft boosts IFRS revenue 10% to 10.1 bln rubles in FY 2024 vs consensus outlook of 10.9 bln rubles

MOSCOW. June 26 (Interfax) - PJSC Diasoft boosted revenue to International Financial Reporting Standards 10% year-on-year to 10.1 billion rubles in the 2024 fiscal year that ended on March 31, 2025, the software company said in a financial statement.

EBITDA dropped 24.7% year-on-year to 2.9 billion rubles in FY 2024, which the company attributes to business expansion, staff growth, and entry into new markets.

The EBITDA margin was 29.3%.

Net profit declined to 2.4 billion rubles in FY 2024 from 2.8 billion rubles the previous year, and contracted revenue, namely revenue excluding VAT under contracts and framework agreements signed during the reporting period, increased 13% to 21.7 billion rubles.
