Further prisoner swaps could be topic of next round of Russia-Ukraine talks - Peskov

MOSCOW. June 19 (Interfax) - Exchange of views on the conflict settlement memoranda of Russia and Ukraine and further prisoner swaps could be the topic of the third round of Russia-Ukraine talks in Istanbul, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

"Indeed, these include the continuation of humanitarian exchanges, the release of prisoners, further body swaps, and, as the president said yesterday, we are ready to carry on such practices," Peskov said in an interview with Izvestia in response to a related question.

"Of course, views will somehow be exchanged on the response to the draft memoranda traded earlier," he said.
