Trump says had telephone call with Putin

WASHINGTON. June 4 (Interfax) - President of the United States Donald Trump said on Wednesday that he is overall pleased with his telephone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin, but he believes that this conversation would not lead to an immediate peaceful settlement in Ukraine.

"It was a good conversation, but not a conversation that will lead to immediate peace," Trump said on the Truth Social network.

The call lasted one hour and 15 minutes, he said.
