Navigation safety in Black Sea to become part of potential future understandings at Russia-Ukraine talks - Peskov
MOSCOW. May 30 (Interfax) - The safety of navigation in the Black Sea will be included one way or another in the list of potential future understandings as part of Russia-Ukraine negotiations, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"The focus is now on direct Russian-Ukrainian talks: a list of conditions is being drawn up, a list of conditions for a temporary ceasefire is being negotiated. Therefore, navigation safety in the Black Sea will be part of potential future understandings one way or another," Peskov told journalists on Friday when asked about the implementation of the Black Sea initiative.
