MOSCOW. May 26 (Interfax) - The State Duma Council on Monday decided to delay the second reading of a bill on foreign investors buying back shares in Russian enterprises, due to take place on May 28, until later, a source familiar with the decision told Interfax.
The State Duma Property Committee last week finished drafting the bill, No. 1059849-7, for its second reading, and the plan was for the lower house of parliament to debate it on May 28. However, the Duma Council postponed the consideration, with a new date yet to be set, the source said.
