Phone call with Trump very substantive, quite frank - Putin

SIRIUS FEDERAL TERRITORY. May 19 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that his conversation with U.S. President Donald Trump was substantive and lasted more than two hours.

"I was asked to say a few words about the results of our telephone conversation with the U.S. president. This conversation did take place. It continued for over two hours," Putin told journalists on Monday.

"I want to note that it was very substantive and quite frank," Putin said.

The conversation was "quite useful," he said.
