Novatek boosts gas production 1.1% to 21.4 bcm in Q1; liquid hydrocarbon production up 0.6% to 3.5 mln tonnes; gas sales at 2024 level

MOSCOW. April 14 (Interfax) - Novatek increased gas production 1.1% in Q1 2025 to 21.35 billion cubic meters, while production of liquid hydrocarbons rose 0.6% to 3.48 million tonnes, the company said.

According to preliminary data, the total volume of natural gas sales, including LNG, reached 21.48 bcm, up 0.1% compared to the figure for Q1 2024.

Processing volumes of de-ethanized gas condensate increased 1.9% to 3.4 million tonnes. Stable gas condensate processing rose 59.9% to 2.2 million tonnes.

According to preliminary data, total liquid hydrocarbon sales reached 4.5 million tonnes, up 5.4% compared to Q1 2024.

As of March 31, 2025, inventories included 0.2 bcm of gas (including LNG) and 1.7 million tonnes of stable gas condensate with its processed products, accounted as finished goods inventory and goods in transit.
