Change of ownership won't affect Micran's policy - CEO
TOMSK. March 21 (Interfax) - Telecom equipment maker Micran does not plan to change its policy after its acquisition by diversified information technology group ICS Holding, Micran CEO Vera Paromonova told Interfax.
"The company's policy won't change. Production capacity will grow, volumes will grow. At the very least, we [and ICS Holding] are good for one another," she said.
Business daily Vedomosti reported earlier that ICS Holding is in the final stage of a deal to acquire Tomsk-based Micran for an undisclosed price.
