OECD improves Russia's 2025 GDP growth forecast to 1.3% from 1.1%

PARIS. March 17 (Interfax) - The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) has improved its forecast for Russia's GDP growth in 2025 to 1.3% from the 1.1% it was expecting in December.

The 0.9% growth forecast for 2026 is unchanged.

Inflation of 9.9% is anticipated in 2025 and 6.3% in 2026, compared with previous forecasts of 7% and 5.2%, respectively.
