Russian current account surplus widens 26% to $10.8 bln in Jan-Feb - Central Bank estimate
MOSCOW. March 13 (Interfax) - Russia's current account surplus widened 25.6% to $10.8 billion in January-February 2025 from $8.6 billion in the same period of 2024, the Central Bank said in an estimate of the balance of payments, published on its website.
The trade surplus for goods rose 15.6% to $18.5 billion, from $16.0 billion a year ago.
