Russian premier meets with Myanmar counterpart
MOSCOW. March 4 (Interfax) - Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has met with Chairman of the State Administration Council and Prime Minister Min Aung Hlaing of Myanmar at the Russian House of Government.
Following a brief ceremony, the prime ministers led negotiations between the two delegations.
The Russian delegation includes Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk, Industry and Trade Minister Anton Alikhanov, Education Minister Sergei Kravtsov, Economic Development Minister Maxim Reshetnikov, Science and Higher Education Minister Valery Falkov, Energy Minister Sergei Tsivilyov, deputy chief of the government secretariat Elmir Tagirov, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov, State Secretary and Deputy Transport Minister Dmitry Zverev, Deputy Agriculture Minister Maxim Markovich, Deputy Finance Minister Ivan Chebeskov, Deputy Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media Minister Bella Cherkesova, and Rosatom CEO Alexei Likhachev.
The Myanmar delegation includes State Administration Council Secretary and military advisor to the commander-in-chief Ye Win Oo, State Administration Council member and military advisor to the commander-in-chief Nyo Saw, National Security Advisor Moe Aung, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Than Swe, Investment and Foreign Trade Minister Kan Zaw, Energy Minister U Ko Ko Lwin, Science and Technology Minister Myo Thein Kyaw, Bago Region Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win, and other senior military and civilian officials.
