Felix Lib to become CEO of M.Video-Eldorado on Feb 21

MOSCOW. Feb 19 (Interfax) - The board of directors of PJSC M.Video (M.Video-Eldorado) has approved Felix Lib as CEO starting February 21, the company said.

Bilan Uzhakhov, who has led M.Video since 2022 and became its main shareholder in 2024, will focus on the board of directors' work and strategic planning.

"In the current macroeconomic environment, our key focus will be on further improving the company's efficiency, enhancing customer service to the highest standards and implementing the company's long-term strategy to increase market share and improve financial performance," Lib was quoted as saying.

Before joining M.Video, Lib was the CEO of cosmetics manufacturer Natura Siberica. He stepped down and became the chairman of the company's board in August 2024. From 2012 to 2021, he held various positions at AFK Sistema , including serving as the corporation's executive director.

Bilan Uzhakhov indirectly owns 53.633% of PJSC M.Video shares through several companies, including Erikaria ICLLC which directly holds 50% of PJSC. In early 2025, media reports, citing sources, said that the company's owners were in talks to sell the retail chain.
