HD Hyundai XiteSolution opens representative office in Ukraine

MOSCOW. Jan 29 (Interfax) - HD Hyundai XiteSolution, HD Hyundai Group's sub-holding which focuses on heavy machinery and construction and industrial equipment, opened its representative office in Ukraine on Tuesday, Ukrainian media said, citing the Economy Ministry.

HD Hyundai XiteSolution said it is considering the prospect of establishing manufacturing facilities for large-scale assembly of certain types of heavy construction machinery in Ukraine.

The company also plans to open a customs and logistics hub for Hyundai construction machinery and other products in one of Ukraine's western regions and create three modern centers to train heavy machinery users and service personnel.

According to Ukraine's Economy Ministry, the first such training centers will be located in the Kiev and Lvov regions and will be fitted with all necessary equipment, simulators and a training site for learning to operate heavy machinery. Special attention will be given to work with Tier 4 Interim and Tier 4 Final equipment.

The company also plans to upgrade the training center of the Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development in the community of Belaya Tserkov, Kiev region.

HD Hyundai XiteSolution's two subsidiaries are HD Hyundai Construction Equipment and HD Hyundai Infracore.
