Air China to begin operating direct flights between Beijing and Vladivostok from March 30
VLADIVOSTOK. Jan 22 (Interfax) - Air China, the country's largest airline, begins operating direct flights between Beijing and Vladivostok from March 30, the Vladivostok Airport press service said.
The flights are scheduled to operate three times per week using Boeing-737 aircraft.
The total number of flights will increase to over 20 per week along the Vladivostok-Beijing route once Air China has launched the latest service.
Air China is the largest airline in China and operates direct flights to 183 countries.
Vladivostok Airport can accommodate any type of aircraft, and the passenger terminal is designed for 3.5 million travelers. JSC Vladivostok International Airport information indicates that the route network includes approximately 40 destinations, with around 20 Russian and foreign airlines operating flights. The airport served 2.971 million passengers in 2024, an increase of 17% year-on-year.
