Dubaian founder of Moscow Brewing Company redomiciles to Russia

MOSCOW. Jan 16 (Interfax) - The company Echelon Systems Ltd. (UAE), which became the founder of the Moscow Brewing Company (MBC) last year, has redomiciled to Russia.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Echelon Systems Ltd., an international commercial organization with limited liability, was registered in January in the Kaliningrad region.

As previously reported by Kommersant, citing the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) registry, Echelon Systems was established at the end of 2023. Previously, the shareholder of MBC was Cyprus's Echelon Systems Ltd. According to DIFC information, the shareholders of Echelon Systems include Premier Beverages P.B., which owns a part of the brands produced at MBC, and HC Oasis, which is linked in the market to Evgeny Kashper and Alexander Lifshitz (founders of the company Ivan Taranov Breweries, the predecessor to MBC).

At that time, the shareholders of Echelon Systems were listed as MBC General Director Igor Dementyev, board member Olga Averyanova, former MBC head Alexander Ivanchikov, and Andrei Molodykh.

MBC, established in 2008, produces beer at a factory in Mytishchi (Moscow region) with a capacity of 80 million decaliters per year. In 2023, the company's revenue totaled 39.655 billion rubles, compared to 37.663 billion rubles a year earlier. Net profit fell to 1.872 billion rubles from 3.295 billion rubles in 2022.
