Russian mobile operator T2 acquires adtech cos Yabbi, Redllama and Plazkart

MOSCOW. Dec 23 (Interfax) - Mobile operator T2, owned by Rostelecom , has acquired the adtech companies Yabbi, Redllama and Plazkart, the operator said in a statement.

The cost of the deal was not disclosed, but the deal is aimed at integrating the telecom operator's platforms and digital advertising capabilities to speed up the development of new products for advertisers.

"The modern advertising market requires both the personalization of advertising and conducting reach campaigns while maintaining efficiency in all available channels. We see a wide range of synergistic product opportunities to meet the needs of the advertising market," the statement quotes Irina Lebedeva, deputy COO at T2, as saying.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, T2's TDM Tech LLC received 100% of Yabbi LLC and Plazkart Digital LLC on December 20, and 100% of Ifox Group LLC on December 18.

Yabbi LLC was registered in 2017. Authorized capital is 16,975 rubles. Revenue in 2023 amounted to 647.5 million rubles and net profit to 195 million rubles.

Plazkart Digital LLC was established in 2020. Authorized capital is 10,000 rubles. Revenue in 2023 amounted to 535.3 million rubles and net profit to 100.7 million rubles.

Ifox Group LLC was registered in 2014. Authorized capital of 10,000 rubles. Revenue in 2023 amounted to 664.4 million rubles and net profit to 102.4 million rubles.
