Belarusian industrial output growth slows to 5.5% in 11M

MINSK. Dec 16 (Interfax) - Belarusian industrial output rose 5.5% year-on-year at constant prices to 184.9 billion Belarusian rubles in January-November, national statistical committee Belstat said.

Industry grew 6.2% year-on-year in January-October, 6.4% in January-September and 7.1% in January-June.

Output grew in the extractive industry by 4% in 11M, in manufacturing by 5.5%, in the supply of electricity, gas, steam, hot water and air conditioning by 6.5% and in water utilities by 0.2%.

Industry grew 7.7% in 2023, fell 5.4% in 2022 and grew 6.5% in 2021.
