Russia's Softline opening new office in Indonesia

MOSCOW. Dec 4 (Interfax) - Softline is opening a new office in Indonesia to promote its products and services as well as vendor solutions which the group has expert knowledge of and which it sees development potential in, the company said in a press release.

Softline plans to gradually establish a comprehensive approach to providing IT services for local customers in Indonesia, including implementation, technical support, maintenance and training. The group plans to promote cybersecurity solutions on the market as well as industry solutions based on artificial intelligence for digital transformation, including automating processes.

"We are certain that the solutions developed by Softline for industry, retail and the financial sector will be in demand in Indonesia. We intend to work not only with local customers, but also with local integrators, ensuring a certain transfer of our technological expertise," Softline's director for international business development Alexander Rozhkov was quoted as saying in the press release.

Expanding into Indonesia aligns with Softline's international growth strategy, under which the company opened offices in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, the UAE and Vietnam in 2024.
