Ukraine's Ukreximbank board decides to close 14 offices at once

MOSCOW. Nov 15 (Interfax) - The board of Ukraine's state-owned Ukreximbank based in Kiev made a decision on November 13 to close 14 structural units of the bank between late February and July 2025 as part of the implementation of the network optimizing concept, Ukrainian media outlets said with a reference to the issuer's information on the disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.

According to reports of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), Ukreximbank's branch network contained 47 offices as of early October 2024, the bank was ranked 17th out of 62 banks on this indicator.

According to the NBU, as of September 1, 2024, Ukreximbank was ranked third out of 62 operating banks by total assets with 299.42 billion hryvni. Its net profit reached 5.36 billion hryvni in eight months of 2024; this figure is 73.4% higher than in the same period of the previous year.
