Next round of Syria talks in Astana due in H1 2025

ASTANA. Nov 12 (Interfax) - The next meeting on Syria as part of the Astana process is due to take place in the first half of 2025, Kazakh Deputy Foreign Minister Alibek Bakayev said.

"We have agreed to hold the 23rd meeting of the Astana process in Astana in the first half of 2025," Bakayev said when reading out a joint statement based on the outcomes of the international meeting on Syria in Astana.

The Kazakh capital is hosting the 22nd international meeting on Syria on November 11-12.
