Azerbaijani State Oil Fund revenue from ACG and Shah Deniz profitable oil and gas sales down 22.6% to $4.97 bln in 9M 2024

BAKU. Oct 9 (Interfax) - Revenues to the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) from the sales of profitable oil from the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli (ACG) block and profitable gas and condensate from the Shah Deniz field in January-September 2024 stood at $4.968 billion, a 22.6% decrease year-on-year, the Fund told Interfax.

Sales of profitable oil from the ACG block decreased 12% to $4.604 billion.

SOFAZ revenues from the sales of profitable gas and condensate produced from the Shah Deniz decreased 68.8% to $364.465 million. Revenue from sales of condensate decreased 56.5% to $113.878 million, while profitable gas sales decreased 73% to $250.587 million.
