T Plus to pay H1 dividend of 0.08995 rubles per share

MOSCOW. Oct 4 (Interfax) - T Plus shareholders voted at an extraordinary meeting on September 30 to accept a dividend of 0.08995 rubles per share for H1 2024, the generating company said.

The dividend record date is October 11.

T Plus has 44.47 billion issued ordinary shares and the payout will be around 4 billion rubles.

T Plus has paid dividends since 2019. Dividend policy is to pay at least 50% of net profit to Russian Accounting Standards.

The company paid the same 0.08995 rubles per share for H1 2023 and H1 2022. The final dividend for 2023, as for 2022, was 0.1349 rubles per share.

T Plus is a private electricity and heat provider that brings together the generating assets of Viktor Vekselberg's Renova Group and gas and utilities assets. In September 2018, the share of companies that belong to Vekselberg in T Plus's equity capital fell from 57.1% to 39.59%.
