Russia's Monopoly transport and logistics group still ready to hold IPO in 2025 - board chairman

MOSCOW. Sept 23 (Interfax) - The Monopoly transport and logistics group is still ready to hold an IPO on the Moscow Exchange in 2025 "or later" while a decision on the exact timing and details will depend on the market situation, the chairman of the group's board of directors, Ilya Dmitriyev, told Interfax.

"We'll be ready in 2025 and later to raise funds on the public equity capital market. But everything will depend on a combination of factors, both internal and external," Dmitriyev said on the sidelines of the Digital Transportation forum.

Dmitriyev told Interfax in June this year that the company planned to hold an IPO in 2025. FTL carrier Globaltruck (Globaltruck Management ), acquired by the group a year ago, will maintain its listing although a delisting had been discussed. Globaltruck's business continues to integrate into the overall structure of the Monopoly group, under the auspices of the Monopoly.Online digital platform, Dmitriyev said.

According to its financial statements for 2023, Monopoly.Online LLC's revenue has grown 3.2-fold over five years, rising 28% compared with 2022 to 41 billion rubles. Globaltruck's net profit to IFRS rose 8.8-fold to 882 million rubles and revenue 30% to 20 billion rubles.
