Fix Price Holding company registers office in Kazakhstan

MOSCOW. July 3 (Interfax) - Fix Price Group Plc. has registered an office in Kazakhstan, according to the company's charter published on Wednesday.

The office was registered in the Astana International Financial Center.

Fix Price shareholders approved the relocation of the holding company from Cyprus to Kazakhstan, on condition of maintaining the listing in London and Moscow.

Fix Price is Russia's largest operator of fixed price stores. At the end of March, the network comprised 6,545 stores in Russia and neighboring countries, including Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan and others.
