Slovenia to allocate 5 mln euros for humanitarian aid to Ukraine

MOSCOW. June 13 (Interfax) - The Slovenian government decided to allocate five million euros to Ukraine for humanitarian purposes and the country's reconstruction at an absentee meeting on Tuesday.

The funds will be used, in particular, to mitigate urgent humanitarian needs in the area of healthcare in Ukraine, including the purchase of medicine and medical equipment, and the implementation of the World Food Program's Grain from Ukraine program, Ukrainian media reported, citing the Slovenian government's website.

As reported, Slovenia allocated 1.5 million euros to Ukraine in 2023.
