DONETSK. Sept 7 (Interfax) - Andrei Purgin, a member of the people's council in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), is not under arrest, DPR people's council deputy speaker Denis Pushilin has said.
"This looks more like Ukrainian disinformation really. As far as I am informed Andrei Yevgenyevich feels alright, he has not been arrested," Pushilin told the Donetsk News Agency on Monday.
