Member of Belarusian Central Elections Commission murdered
MINSK. Aug 8 (Interfax) - Belarusian Central Elections Commission (CEC) member Svetlana Khinevich has been killed in her apartment in Minsk.
"Svetlana Khinevich, a member of the Belarusian Central Commission for Elections and Nationwide Referendums, has tragically died," the CEC reported on its website.
Interfax could not obtain immediate comments on the matter from the law enforcement agencies.
