CORRECTED: Putin orders gradual LNG export liberalization to be thought through

NOVO-OGAREVO. Feb 13 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered that the gradual liberalization of liquefied natural gas (LNG) exporting be thought through.
He did so during a meeting of the presidential commission for the fuel and energy complex.
