IDGC board approves CEO candidates for MOESK, Tyumenenergo, IDGC South
MOSCOW. Jan 28 (Interfax) - The board of OJSC IDGC Holding has approved CEO candidates for OJSC Moscow United Electric Grid Company (MOESK) (RTS: MSRS), OJSC Tyumenenergo (RTS: TMEN) and OJSC IDGC South (RTS: MRKY) for three years, the holding company said in a press release.
The board approved Pyotr Sinyutin for CEO of MOESK, Pavel Mikheev for head of Tyumenenergo and Vladimir Vashkevich to head IDGC South.
All the candidates are acting CEO's in these companies: Sinyutin since July 2012, Mikheev since December 2011 and Bashkevich since October 2012.
