Putin promises to consult with all State Duma factions

     MOSCOW.  May  8 (Interfax) - Vladimir Putin, who has been nominated
for the  premiership,  has  promised  to hold consultations with all the
factions at the State Duma.
     "I  would  like  to  apologize  straight  away, as we have not held
consultations  with  the  factions. Certainly, we will do that," he told
the State Duma on Thursday.
