Russia's Gazprom Neft planning $1-bln syndicated loan - sources (Part 2)
MOSCOW. May 7 (Interfax) - Russia's Gazprom Neft (RTS: SIBN) is
holding negotiations with banks on a syndicated loan for $1 billion,
sources in banking circles told Interfax.
"A mid-term loan of three to five years is being discussed," one of
the sources said.
Another source said the syndication could begin in a month.
Gazprom Neft raised a $2.2-billion syndicated loan for three years
at Libor + 0.75% in November 2007.
The loan was arranged by ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Calyon, Citigroup
Global Markets Ltd. and Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft.
