Interfax awarded diploma for merits in coverage of banking issues
The Association of Russian Banks (ARB) has granted a diploma to the Interfax news agency for its merits in providing news coverage of banking issues.
The awards ceremony took place on Wednesday. Interfax was granted a diploma "For Notable Contribution to the Development of Business Journalism and Skillful Coverage of Banking Subjects in 2002."
Along with Interfax, the ARB granted diplomas to the newspaper Vedomosti and the magazines Russky Focus and Profile.
The ARB also granted personal awards to correspondents from the newspaper Kommersant, the news agency Prime-TASS and the magazine Profile.
