Former Credit Agricole Marketing Director le Masson joins Credit Agricole Ukraine board

MOSCOW. May 3 (Interfax) - Romuald le Masson, who previously was marketing, distribution, and customer experience director at Credit Agricole S.A., has been appointed a board member in charge of marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), digital and communications at Credit Agricole Ukraine since May 1, Ukrainian media reported citing the bank's statement on Friday.

"From now on, Romuald le Masson has been Board Member in charge of marketing, CRM, digital and communications," the statement said.

"Creation of new products for individual customers, development of modern digital services, increasing brand awareness, positioning and communications on the market are within the scope of responsibilities of Romuald le Masson," it said.

Le Masson has been with Credit Agricole Group for more than 40 years. He also previously held the position as commercial director and head of network at Credit du Maroc. He also served as head of sales network and multi-channel at Credit Agricole Serbia for over seven years.

Credit du Maroc is a Moroccan commercial bank that formerly was part of Credit Agricole Group. Since 2022, a controlling stake in the bank has been owned by Morocco's Holmarcom Group.

According to the National Bank of Ukraine information as of March 1, 2024, Credit Agricole Ukraine was tenth by general assets with UAH 117.57 billion among the 63 banks operating in the country. Its net profit in 2024 amounted to UAH 2.79 billion.
