Ukrainian parliament extends martial law, total mobilization

MOSCOW. May 8 (Interfax) - The Verkhovna Rada has endorsed the decrees signed by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky on extending the period of martial law and total mobilization for 90 days from May 14, Ukrainian media outlets said, citing MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak's post on social networks.

This is the 11th decision of the Ukrainian parliament to extend martial law and mobilization made since February 24, 2022.
